Everyday our Price Busters check the costs of a range of ‘hot’ promotional gifts and products. We compare catalogue and internet prices to ensure our global sourcing and purchasing provides the best value for money.
The Redbows Price Busters promise…if you can find a lower price for an equivalent product within the UK promotional gifts industry then we will aim to bust it! All you have to do is give us the opportunity and let our customer service skills shine through.

Now, we have to be careful here and so here are a few caveats:
1. We will ‘bust’ a competitor price by a minimum of 5.0% from their total cost price, (excluding VAT). There is no maximum set and this is at the discretion of our Promotional Gifts Consultants.
2. When we compare prices we will exclude VAT but include all associated costs including product, artwork, design, print, delivery and any other related costs.
3. Our comparison is made against a like-for-like item and quantity and the other supplier must be able to supply goods within the timescales as the Promotional Gifts Store.
4. Prices for comparison will be End-User pricing, for UK deliveries, to a single site, and shall not include any other promotions, discounts, incentives or rebates.
5. Prices for comparison must be within validity periods in a common currency.
6. Proof of pricing/offer must be provided in the form of a supplier email or quotation. A catalogue or weblink may be considered suitable dependent upon the quality and location of the website.
7. The ‘Price Busters’ policy is subject to change without notice and should be considered a one-time offer at the time of enquiry. The validity for any ‘Price Busters’ offer shall be 24 hours.
8. To take maximum advantage of a ‘Price Busters’ offer orders must be pre-paid otherwise Redbows may provide a reduced offer.
The application of our ‘Price Busters’ policy is at the sole discretion of Redbows Ltd and may be withdrawn at any time if found to be abused. This is a pre-sale promotion. As some of our incentives can overlap we reserve the right to apply only one promotion per order.
